The Aston Martin Vantage is no longer a mere V8 but now a massive V12 on the same chassis. The front end had to be modified. Much needed hood vents were added to lower engine bay temperature and stiffer front suspension to support the heavy V12. Due to light-weight parts elsewhere on the car the weight is only increased by ~ 150 lbs. The weight distribution is 51/49. Very nice. Interestingly however there is no direct fuel injection or valve timing. Pretty raw compared to high tech supers of today. I’m sure it’s still nasty on the track/street.
